Job Title: Transport De-Briefer
Location: Market Drayton
Reporting to: Transport Co-ordinator
Transport De-Briefer required on permanent basis for well established leader in the logistics market. Based at our Market Drayton depot you will report to the Transport Co-ordinator.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Correctly brief and debrief drivers.
- Check all timesheets and ensure all paperwork is correct and alphabetised.
- Check driver’s wallets and issue any information i.e. mail.
- Print all despatch notes and replenish despatch paper as required.
- Answer the telephone and assist with any enquiries.
- Download drivers’ cards/ tachographs.
- Ensure all Estimated Time of Arrivals (ETAs) are communicated.
- Consistently update all spreadsheets including, but not limited to, trailer change overs, run summaries and trailer check sheets.
- To depart loads using Warehouse Management System (WMS) and then input all loads that have departed.
- Ensure all uplifts are despatched in correct loads.
- Report any overspill and correctly complete all relevant paperwork.

- Able to work effectively and communicate to the correct level.
- Able to work well in a team environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a major distribution operation.
Working Hours:
- The shift pattern will be Monday - Thursday (nights) 18:00 - 04.30
Salary up to £16767 per annum plus benefits depending on experience.
