A Private Hospital requires a Transformation Facilitator to aid with the implementation of the Productive Operating Theatre and Productive Ward modules.
Job Description
This exciting opportunity will involve the Facilitator introducing and implementing the established modules from the programmes to Theatre and Ward staff, working in close liaison with OPEX (Operational Excellence) team and the Departmental managers. The postholder will encourage staff involvement in the implementation of the modules, whilst instilling a culture of continuous improvement.
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have a clinical background in the theatre setting and will require some experience in change management. Excellent communication and influencing skills are essential for a post which requires leading staff during a time of change. Familiarity with lean methodology is desirable.
