TRANSACTIONAL FINANCE ASSOCIATE - LONDON

Their services range from Anti-trust and EU to Telecommunications, Media and Technology.
The Role We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Transactional Lawyer to join our client`s Securitisation team in London. The role will include financing matters such as project financings, auto and trade receivables, credit cards, residential mortgages, covered bonds, commercial real estate, infrastructure and whole businesses.
About You You must be a qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years` PQE. You must have excellent academics - minimum of a 2:1 at degree level. You will have a strong transactional background in corporate, project finance, asset finance, general finance, real estate or structured finance and a proven track record of success. You must have excellent communication skills-both written and verbal. You will be a team player and able to assist junior members of the team. You must be able to build strong and lasting working relationships with clients and colleagues alike and have an aptitude for Business Development.
