Our client is one of the eldest names in Estate Agents across London with years of experience within the property sector. They provide great incentives for their employees including career progression within the company and excellent training They are looking for an experienced Junior Lettings Negotiator to join their team ASAP.

The ideal candidate…..

- Should have a strong target driven sales background

- Previous lettings experience within the industry is a prefrance but not necessary.

- Should posses professionalism and have excellent communication skills.

- Should be target driven with strong work ethics

- Should have a minimum of 1 years experience in either lettings/sales or client facing/telesales roles.

The successful candidate will essentially be trained up to a very high standard including ARLA exams paid for by the company with bonus upon completion. If you are exceptional you will be promoted to a Senior Negotiator position in 12 month’s time.

This position requires you to work LONG hours and MOST weekends so please don't reply unless you are cut out for the challenge. This is not for the faint hearted.
In return you will be rewarded with great earning potential that is uncapped, as well as the chance to progress to management level within a short period of time.

Package

Basic salary 18k

OTE of 25-30k in first year

Excellent commission structure
