This leading training company are looking for dynamic and self motivated training supervisors to join their Canterbury Training Centre.

As a Training Supervisor you will have a caseload of learners, managing and supporting their learning to enable them to achieve their qualifications. Your role will involve enrolling learners onto accredited courses, ensure they attend their sessions, keep track of their progress and provide them with learning support and guidance to ensure they achieve their qualification within strict timeframes. You will support the learners on Maths, English and/or Computer Skills and therefore must have a good knowledge of the subjects up to GCSE level.

The role requires excellent attention to detail and adherence to strict compliance regulations, from ensuring the learner is enrolled on the most appropriate course to eligibility and identification proof through to the recording of progress and course completion documentation.

For this role you should have experience of working to KPIs and or targets and deadlines. As the role is varied you will need to be able to multi-task, be flexible and adaptable. You should have excellent customer service, organisational and communication skills and be able to prioritise effectively. Excellent communication skills at all levels and the ability to present information in a digestible and easy to understand style is essential.

You will need to have A-C English and Maths GCSE and good Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills.

The working hours will be 8.30 am - 5.00 pm Monday to Friday, with one late night per week.
