Our client, an international established High Street brand is looking for a new addition to join the Training department in SPAIN!
You will be responsible for creating & developing training material, along with supporting the retail stores by driving training forward, identifying skills gaps and delivering training internally. You will also create & develop training materials along with the delivery across the brand. The flexibility to travel is essential
As the successful candidate, you will possess two years experience in an HR/Training role and will be an English native speaker, (Spanish or another language would be an advantage) with a creative approach, excellent communication skills and lots of energy!
