Training Specialist (Call Centre)

This well established company in Banbury are looking for a Training Specialist.

In this role you will be responsible for the support of the Management and Team Leaders in the provision of high levels of quality and service to their customers through the identification of training and coaching needs to both new and existing employees, driving sales and increase company revenue through the achievement of KPI'S and sales targets through monitoring.

Skills Required

• 
  Minimum 3 years operational experience in a high
  pressured call centre environment with extensive training
  and coaching experience.
• 
  Computer Literate - with a comprehensive knowledge in
  the use of MS Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Lotus Notes. SAP & other
  in-house reporting systems, and ability to extract and analyse data from different
  sources.
• 
  SAP super user with in-depth knowledge of the Customer
  Contact SAP environment.
• 
  Educated to 'A 'Level or equivalent
