Countrywide is the largest estate agency chain in the Country and a major provider of Financial and Mortgage Services. We employ over 8000 people across the UK who are aligned to our five main business division - Financial Services, Estate Agency, Surveyors, Lettings and Conveyancing.

An opportunity has arisen for the right person to join our dedicated and skilled team of Training Officers based at our Centre in Dartford Kent. Ideally you will have training experience, as you will initially be involved in delivery of our industry renowned Induction Training Programme, as well as our highly successful CeMAP workshops. You will also have the opportunity to work in the field conducting ad-hoc workshops, and facilitating one to one support.

This is a demanding role that offers challenges, (and occasionally some frustrations), but with them comes immense satisfaction from a job well done. Unlike Training Departments in other companies you are not just a number here you can be a real influence in the organisation.

As far as qualifications are concerned, full CeMAP would be a definite advantage as would the CiTP or DiDL, although personal training and development will be provided where necessary.
