Job Description
As a Training Manager, you will need to assure all staff are being trained to acquire new skills needed for advancement, and involve in on-the-job and classroom trainings, center staff service performance and effectiveness tracking regularly. You will have to coach and lead staff and a team of In-Store trainers on how to maximize their customer service. You will also be involved in job planning, set up and follow through by field audits, review audit results from mystery shoppers and complaint cases etc.

Requirements:
- University graduate in Human Resources Management, Hotel Management or other related disciplines. Any qualified trainer or relevant qualification would be an advantage.
- Possess a minimum 8 years’ management proven track experience record in service / hotel / retail industry
- Experienced working in corporate industry will be an advantage
- High level of flexibility, support and motivate others
- Fluency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin will be preferred
- Computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Presentable with good analytical skills and learning abilities
