The Role:
Professional capability development of the Safety and Scientific Sales Organizations in EMEA to support maintenance and growth of the business to meet profit and net sales growth targets.
The role reports to the Training Manager EMEA.
This is a "home-office" based position, and ideally we are seeking a candidate in the United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands or France. Relocation will not be necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead the development, introduction, and evaluation of team and individual capability development, systems, and support tools for the Kimberly-Clark Professional Safety and Scientific sales force Throughout EMEA.
•Assess and identify gaps in development programs that support individuals and teams; develop and implement training programs to meet these needs; develop systems and tools to measure and track success.
•Collaborate with regional managers and team members on the creation of Individual Development Plans to recommend training opportunities.
•Provide on-boarding and field training for new hires.
•Support on-going information exchange via social media platforms e.g. Chatter
•Master KCP Safety market segments, products, and platform services to link training and business objectives
•Raise the level of competence and expertise of the sales force with regard to technical and commercial application of regulatory practices in Safety and Scientific markets
•Lead the development of content for KCP sales and capability to support product, platform, or campaign launches
The Individual:

•Able to explain/articulate relevant business and technical information to others in a way that is clear and concise
•Able to identify problems, evaluate relevant circumstances and information, and take action to bring resolution
•ADD: work well across different cultures and in a collaborative style with other team members
You will have:
•A Bachelor’s degree
•Advanced degree or experience equivalent highly preferred in:
1. Safety/Industrial Hygiene; with European or US related professional credentials (CIH, CSP) preferred
2. Biotechnology or Scientific Research
•Minimum 3 years-experience operating as an Industrial Hygienist, Environmental (Cleanroom) Engineer, Safety Manager or Safety Team Leader in a manufacturing or laboratory environment
1. Knowledge of OSHA/FDA regulations and NIOSH standards
2. Experience conducting safety audits to comply with regulatory standards in Industrial Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Bio-Technology, Transportation or Government segments
3. Evaluating and training on the use of PPE
•Minimum 3 years-experience in Training & Development
1. Experience developing training curriculum and delivering presentations
2. Experience facilitating training sessions
3. Familiarity with personal and training assessment techniques
•5 years sales experience in Sales Management or National Account level sales, preferably in Safety related business
•Experience selling to or training in a business to business sales environment highly preferred
•Travel: the position will require 30-40% travel, in the EMEA region
•Languages : oral and written fluency in English, any other languages are an asset, especially German/ French
•Proficient with PC tools such as Word, Excel, using social media and especially Powerpoint
