This is a fantastic opportunity for an applicant with strong communication and organisational skills to apply themselves for Keepmoat, one of the UK’s market leaders in housing solutions and community regeneration.

Keepmoat’s work portfolio is constantly expanding, with approximately 3,500 staff members and 22 offices nationally there are ever growing needs to provide a high quality of training to our employees. As the Training Co-ordinator, you would be based out of our office at Lakeside in Doncaster and would be allocated a region of our business to take overall ownership for.

As the role holder, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient booking of company wide training courses for the staff members within your region, allocating trainers to each session and booking the learning facilities as required.

You will be the point of contact for all training enquiries within your allocated region and must take pride in providing a high level of customer service. You must be able to operate Microsoft Excel and Word to a high standard and hold the ability to communicate to people at varying levels of seniority.

Applicants would have ideally worked in a similar role previously where they have had the responsibility of co-ordinating training/projects

Key Accountabilities

  • Management of diaries for the Learning & Development Manager and the Trainers
  • Management of in-house booking system
  • Allocation of trainers on site
  • Assisting with the allocation of rooms
  • Identification of available courses and providers
  • Obtaining approval from line managers and contacting delegates to arrange their course booking needs.
  • Logging of invoices, raising cheque requests and daily departmental post
  • Liaising with Accounts regarding payments

  • Ensure stock levels of training material and equipment are adequate for the purpose
  • Liaise with the caterers to ensure high quality catering / refreshments are provided for each training course as appropriate.
