Trainee Sales Negotiator - Estate Agent - Gloucester

An ambitious and highly motivated Trainee Sales Negotiator is required for a successful and well-respected company within Gloucester.

The successful candidate will be expected to achieve set targets, market and promote properties for sale by maintaining daily telephone contact with registered buyers. Provide leads and arrange appointments for Mortgage Managers, whilst on property viewings or through telephone leads. Represent vendors in negotiation with prospective buyers, ensuring that a price is agreed that is acceptable to both vendor and purchaser and actively promote all available services offered by The Property Centre.

Key competencies will be a first class service to customers, planning ahead and organisation, working well as a team as well as an individual and positive communication skills.

Ideal applicants will have a valid UK Driving Licence and own a car. A proactive, tenacious and enthusiastic attitude with a desire and determination to succeed is crucial. Experience in customer service would be an advantage but not essential, as full training will be given.

Expected earnings would be £20,000 - £25,000pa after training.
