What You Do -
As an Inside Sales Representative you will be charged with prospecting within an assigned territory to discover new opportunities, nurturing and closing deals with both new and existing customers. The first 13 weeks of your role will see you progress through the Micro Focus sales academy based in the Troy office, receiving market-leading training and development to learn about the business, products, role, systems and the art of selling. No experience is necessary: you bring the drive and will to succeed, we’ll take care of the rest. Once your initial sales programme is complete, you will be ready to hit the ground running and given the independence to shape your own future, working closely with internal and external partners to improve the pace of business and create solutions to best serve customer needs.

- Essential - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
