We are looking for people with customer service or sales experience to help us keep up with the increasing demand for our sales & marketing campaigns throughout Swansea.

By explaining available options, Film & Game Sales Assistants help customers make educated decisions. We want to help them increase their market share in the Swansea area, so we target local residents face-to-face to offer their service. TRAINEE FILM & GAME SALES ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS:

• You need to be 18+ years of age since you’ll be signing documents on behalf of our clients
• You’ll need to travel to our office in Swansea on a daily basis to return completed customer applications
• A strong work ethic and desire to succeed are recommended because we operate in a performance-based industry
• Smart dress and confident communication skills are essential since we work with customers face-to face
• Knowledge of Movies, Films, and Video Games can assist in the sales process
• The ability to use an iPad is helpful, but can be taught

No specific work experience is required because we offer product-training workshops, but customer service, retail sales, hospitality or similar customer-oriented experience can be helpful. Similarly, no specific qualifications or degrees are necessary, but business-related ones can be helpful. Growth and earnings are based on your individual sales results, so the more you put in, the more you get out.
