We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Resourcer to join our office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing company at a time when you can make your mark upon the organisation and develop with them.

JAM Recruitment is a privately held Consultancy specialising in HR, Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, Supply Chain Recruitment. At JAM we pride ourselves on our honest and open approach, we use our market knowledge and gain a full understanding of a job requirement to find the best candidates for our clients, giving advice on candidate availability, salary levels, market conditions, etc.

The Role;

Here at JAM we place high level candidates into vacancies with our clients. We have over 80 recruitment consultants in our office who due to the nature of the role are extremely busy and require the support of our Resourcers.

As a Trainee Resourcer you will be working alongside experienced consultants, gaining essential training. You will have responsibilities of resourcing (finding) strong candidates to fulfil all job requirements by either searching our database, recruitment websites or advert response. You will then spend 10-15 minutes qualifying the candidates of basic information via the telephone before passing the suitable candidates back to the recruitment consultants to place with our clients.

As you begin to develop your skills in this role, you will have the opportunity to move up the career ladder where you can become an Account Manager or a fully fled Recruitment Consultant where you will be give your own clients to place with.

The Ideal Candidate;

• Due to the nature of the role you will be on the phone the majority of the day, experience in working in a busy call centre, telesales or customer service would be advantageous.
