Trainee Resourcer and Researcher
£16,000 to £18,000 with bonuses and incentives
Manchester; Sale (15 minute tram journey from the city centre)

The Role
We are looking for a Resourcer/Researcher to join JAM Recruitment.

You will be supporting one of our Senior Recruitment Consultants to find candidates for them to then to place with our clients. This will involve candidate attraction from networking and advertising, qualifying the candidates and preparing their CVS. You will also be researching the market, looking at companies that are recruiting or will be recruiting for these candidates in the future and then collaborating this information for our consultant.

The Ideal Candidate
• Experience in Resourcing in recruitment previously is hugely advantageous, but not necessary
• Experience of researching (perhaps for a dissertation, past work experience etc.)
• Confidence and great communication is needed
• Able to be persuasive and assertive when speaking to candidates
• Analytical approach
