As a recruitment consultant you will be expected to:

• Build strong relationships and manage client and candidate expectations
• Maximise business opportunities within our existing clients and win new business
• Run a very fast paced temps desk as the positions we fill are on a temporary basis so the need is immediate
• Adhere to child safety legislation
• Manage and prioritise your own workload to ensure that both clients and candidates expectations are exceeded

The successful candidate will ideally have a recruitment or sales background and have the determination to succeed and a desire to prove themselves in a competitive sales environment.
