Our client is a global recruitment agency with a strong network of international offices, they have been established over 15 years and cover a number of specialist sectors including; IT, Retail, Sales, FMCG, Finance etc. They have a fabulous office based in Surrey which houses a small but extremely successful team of recruiters. The Surrey office is very ambitious and currently looking to hire an additional recruiter to join the already successful team. The role will be a full trainee recruitment consultant position with responsibility for developing new client relationships and proactively sourcing the best possible candidates for roles within the technology space. The role is office based but face to face client and candidate meetings are encouraged.

To be considered for this position you will be a graduate with telesales or retail sales experience, must be used to working to deadlines or targets plus most importantly you must have excellent communication skills both over the phone and face to face. You need to be a creative thinker who can work at a fast pace whilst successfully multitasking. Professional, self motivated and ambitious team orientated sales people would really fit the culture within this company.

Reporting into the branch manager you will benefit from hands on support and training alongside the formalised career development training plan.
