Position: Graduate/Trainee Property Recruitment Consultant
Basic: £18 - 22k depending on experience
OTE: 40K (Excellent commission structure and bonus scheme)
The role:

We are a market specialist recruitment consultancy providing recruitment solutions to organisations operating in the property management, surveying and sales and lettings sectors of the property industry. We are currently looking for a graduate/trainee or existing recruitment consultant who is interested in starting or further developing their career as a market specialist recruitment consultant.
Primary function
To assist Thomas Webb Recruitment in the winning of new business, the sourcing of suitable candidates and the delivery of the recruitment service to organisations within the property industry.
Sales
You will be responsible for conducting business development activities within our target markets by identifying new potential clients, lead sourcing, cold calling, Lnetworking, identifying client recruitment requirements, achieving PSL (Preferred Supplier) status and creating, developing and maintaining client relationships.
Resourcing
You will be responsible for candidate sourcing and networking, identifying active job seekers within our target market, CV screening, interviewing, conducting registrations, vetting and any other activities required from you to build and maintain a sufficient candidate database.
Providing the recruitment service:
You will be responsible for acting on behalf of the client to identify and promote candidates that match their recruitment specifications, in addition to representing work seeking property professionals in their search for new career opportunities that match their individual career specifications.
Candidate specification:
We are looking for confident, outgoing, ambitious and financially motivated candidates with excellent communication and relationship building skills that have either recently graduated university or have experience working within property or B2B sales related roles.
Trainee development:
Our CIPD certified Director delivers extensive one to one training, personal development and mentoring to help all trainees through each and every step of their progression from trainee to fully competent recruitment Consultant.
