Trainee Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer x2

Insight are a successful boutique recruitment company supplying quality staff across accountancy/finance and executive secretarial market with offices based in Kent and Docklands.

Due to on-going expansion these positions have arisen to further strengthen both the:

1/Executive secretarial team in the provision of PA's, HR , Marketing and administration staff amongst others.

2/The commodity trading/financial team supplying accounts staff of all levels as well as specialist staff to the largest energy and commodity trading companies in the country/world

You will have a natural sales ability, display good grammar and be happy to deal with people at all levels on the telephone eventually meeting both clients and candidates face to face

Remuneration is uncapped with 1st years earnings likely to exceed 25k. The basic salary will be offered at 15-16k plus generous bonuses and commissions
