Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer - Healthcare

My client is a leading independent Healthcare recruiter and due to expansion they are currently seeking to recruit a resourcer/trainee for their busy branch in Portsmouth.
You will be recruited to come in as a resourcer helping to source candidates on a warm desk and will given a clear career plan to develop into a consultant. Our client will look at candidates wanting to break into recruitment who have a quality sales ability and experience of outbound sales. You must have self motivation, heaps of drive and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
You will be joining a warm and friendly team environment and will be given support to grow your desk in order to assist you achieving excellent commission.
