Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Manchester

My client who are are expanding & growing rapidly are currently seeking a competitive, money hungry and determined graduate to join them as a trainee recruitment consultant.

Based in Manchester my client is offering a basic of 16k with an extremely competitive commission structure. A realistic figure for On Track Earnings (OTE) in your first year will be £35,000 to £50,000. The best figure to date is a little under £80,000. After a successful start a second year figure in excess of £60,000 should be the aim. In year 2 you will be presented with every opportunity to earn a 6 figure salary - this has been and is being achieved by top consultants in the group today!

The interview process isn’t easy! You will be put through your paces as your potential to be a high earning recruitment consultant is assessed. You must be able to display your competitiveness, resilience and be able to prove you are determined enough to do anything to reach the top and earn the big figures.

You may have previous B2B sales experience which you have excelled in, be able to demonstrate your success in area’s outside of work such as sports or have previously put your entrepreneurial spirit into action which has resulted in great results for you. Ultimately my client are not looking for your run of the mill paper pushers just happy to earn a basic, they are looking only to take on the best.
