TRAINEE / RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - IT SALES

ST. ALBANS, HERTFORDSHIRE

BASE £20,000 - £25,000 (DOE) + 30% COMMISSION

You will join as a full 360 Recruitment Consultant. You will be making placements across the IT sector in permanent sales positions, such as Sales Managers and Sales executives. You will be working with a number of prestigious clients, looking to bill around £15K once established with full autonomy to develop your desk.

To join this forward thinking company you will need -

• 6 months Recruitment experience within IT sales OR in white collar Recruitment
• They will also consider general sales experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• A flair for developing business and maintaining relationships
• Successful proven billings
• A stable consistent track record in recruitment
• To be professional, confident and articulate
• Time management and organisational skills
