Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Based: Munich, Germany (First months - up to 6 months - Training in Reading, UK)
Established in 2007 Austin Fraser is one of the fastest growing specialist recruitment companies in the UK. Covering the IT, Engineering and Renewable Energy markets, both contract and permanent.
Due to our continued success we will open a Munich office in 2012 which will be the platform for growth throughout Europe.
Based at our new state of the art premises in Reading, UK, you will spend up to 6 months developing into a fully fledged consultant through our detailed training program. At this point you will be amongst the first group to be in operation in our new Munich office located in one of the most impressive streets in Munich.
Joining as a trainee you will quickly realise the opportunity and scope ahead of you. From day one, you will progress through our bespoke induction program that takes you from the little knowledge you may have on the outside of the business to becoming a fully fledged Recruitment consultant. Building your own business and respect in the marketplace, we will provide a mentor that will guide you on a daily basis throughout your initial training months, whilst you receive classroom based and one to one tuition to equip you with the skills you need.
Realistic expectations set 1st year earnings at 35,000 - 60,000 Euros, 60,000 - 100,000 Euros in the 2nd year, and 100,000 Euros + for top performers. We currently run promotional lunches and reward schemes for high performers; an example would be our current holiday target to Las Vegas. Recruitment can be a stressful occupation; at Austin Fraser we encourage an active lifestyle and work/life balance. In September last year, 9 of our UK team completing a 150 mile off-road sponsored bike ride for a children's charity with a view to raising around £10k.
