There are definite management opportunities in this role as they are expanding rapidly and are looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants for their offices.

There are plenty of incentives including a fantastic commission scheme with no threshold in this work hard, play hard environment. The Recruitment Consultant's role is varied and challenging, encompassing business development - both via the phone and in person, account management and candidate generation.
