Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Finance
Basic c. £18-22k, OTE £30k plus 23 days holiday, highly competitive commission scheme
Based Kingston, Surrey

The Person:
We are looking for articulate, well presented, and ambitious graduate calibre candidates to join the existing team of consultants at a leading Finance recruiter. With an eye for detail, you should be capable of managing your time and workload effectively. Commercially minded, you will understand the value of building relationships with clients, and be focussed on always providing the highest level of service. Ideally, you should be familiar with the Surrey area, and it would be advantageous if you can drive.

An award winning Finance and Accountancy consultancy, our client specialises in the placement of both temporary and permanent, part-qualified and qualified staff across Surrey and South-West London. They work with a variety of clients, from global blue-chip firms to SME’s across a range of industries including; Retail, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Media and Communications, Insurance, and many more.

The Role:
This role will see you join the company as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, and be enrolled on their impressively thorough training programme. With the aim of training credible and truly consultative recruiters, it will take you through from learning the structure of the industry and it’s various terminologies, right through to the role of a Recruitment Consultant. Upon completion, you will be allocated your own database with the remit of maximising the revenue generated from it through the client relationships you generate both over the phone and face-to-face. This will be achieved through the placement of candidates you have identified as part of the screening process and matched accordingly to the right roles and clients.
