With modern offices in central Reading this recruitment company has doubled in size every year since its formation in 2007.  With over 40 staff covering IT, Engineering and Supply Chain Recruitment they are fast becoming a major force within their chosen verticals.  This year they need to grow to 60 Consultants and they have an International office opening July/August this year this client really is going from strength to strength.

To continue their rapid growth they are looking for a number of Trainee Recruitment Consultants, the ideal Candidate will be of Graduate Calibre and have some Business to Business Sales Experience.  We will also look at candidates with strong sporting achievements or candidates that have done something exceptional which shows the core competences we look for of - Competitiveness, Resilience, Driven, Proactive, and above all a Strong Communicator and lateral Thinker.  Recruitment is a job where the rewards can be great you really do have the chance to write your own pay cheque and you really do get out what you put in.  A Trainee Consultant can earn up to 50k in their first year if they have the right working attitude, which is why we are looking for Trainee’s that stand out, if you’re a natural leader who doesn’t take no for an answer and will always go the extra mile to succeed then we want to talk to you.  Recruitment is a Sales role you will be given full training by my client but they will be looking for that natural flare and ability in the interview process and all candidates to demonstrate the competences already mentioned.
