20K Basic Salary + 50k 1st Year OTE

The role itself will involve developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, negotiating terms of business and obtaining job specifications for vacancies you will be recruiting for. Upon successfully securing the business you will proactively source candidates via advertising, networking, headhunting and recommendations/referrals, qualifying their suitability and managing the interview process following your introduction of the candidate to the client. You will be managing the expectations of both candidates and clients all the way through to the negotiation of offers and the closing of deals.
Suitable candidates will be competitive, money driven, proactive and resilient, possessing the confidence and tenacity to excel within a pressurised and high energy sales environment. You will be self-aware with the communication skills required to influence at all levels of seniority.
