Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager

This is a unique opportunity to join a start up recruitment company and be part of its development into a leading player. You will initially join the firm as a Resource Consultant, being trained in the sourcing and selecting of suitable candidates across the marketing industry. You can expect to be trained to find the best talent via networking, social media, head hunting, advertising, etc. You will be coached in interview technique in order to establish suitability for client roles. On achieving consistent success in this role, you will then be groomed to become an Account Manager and given a developing portfolio of clients to manage.

This is very demanding but highly rewarding job. You will ideally come from a background of B2B sales, telesales, recruitment, marketing though this is not essential. You must be prepared to work outside of traditional "standard" hours, as is the nature of the job, but the rewards can be well worth it. You will also be aware this is a high call-volume role. You will be tenacious, target-driven and hugely ambitious.
