Salary: £18-20K basic + 35K-60K OTE

My client is an international recruitment consultancy that works across the Banking & Finance, IT, Oli and Gas, Legal  and Media sectors. They are looking to expand their Team in all areas.

Training will be run by consultants with extensive experience and industry knowledge. Exposure to this calibre of consultant will prove invaluable in your own career. Learning from some of the best in the market will give you the best chance possible. It is important to choose the right business to start your career; this decision could have a domino effect on the rest of your life and with the job market so competitive my client is demanding the very best candidates. Ideally you will have:

• A University Degree in any discipline
• Commercially minded, those that have travelled or been exposed to an office environment and have a strong track record of success. 
• B2B Sales or recruitment experience preferred but not essential.
• AMBITIOUS - We work with the hungriest grads!
• Entrepreneurial - In recruitment you build your own desk, an entrepreneurial flair is essential.
• Strong work ethic - this isn't an easy career, hard work and resilience are needed.

Being fluent in any of the following languages is a big plus: German, French, Portugese, Norwegian, Mandarin.
