Trainee Property Manager needed for Southgate based Estate Management Company. Looking after a number of residential properties in the North London area and dealing with all problems from your tenants from a broken boiler to a dripping tap! You'll take the details on the phone and if neccesary go round to find out what the problem is and then instruct the maintenance team to fix it.
You'll need to have your own car and have strong communication skills and a good telephone manner. It's a busy role and it can be quite presurised with deadlines to work to. You'll need to be IT literate. The hours are 8.45 to 5.45 Monday to Friday - you'll also work 3 Saturdays per month from 10 to 3. £14-15kpa
