My client operates an expanding chain of restaurants, who offer traditional British food, at good wholesome prices, without compromising on quality or service levels.

They are seeking an assistant manager to assist with the running of their Kings Lynn branch. You will have prior experience working within a restaurant environment at a supervisory or managerial level. You will be passionate about quality food and great standards. You will be given personalised training and development to ensure you are the best manager you can be. This position requires you to live in, and the salary package includes your accommodation, food and bills and salary. You will also be given the opportunity to develop yourself as an employee, with fantastic on-site training and for the right candidate, NVQ training.

They are looking for a candidate with:
Previous experience as a Supervisor/Trainee Manager in a similar environment.
An ambitious attitude and keen eye for detail.
An Assistant Manager with a great personality and proven people skills.
A good knowledge of legal compliance within a Restaurant

The ability to remain calm under pressure and enjoy working in a lively environment, whilst maintaining standards.
