You will gain a qualification in Providing Financial Services
(Intermediate) which is equivalent to 5 GCSE's at Grades A-C.

You will be the key first, and often only, point of contact for customer calls, providing an excellent level of customer service that exceeds expectations and in doing so reduces the need to transfer calls. You will proactively seek opportunities to offer customers
additional products and services that will develop and add further depth to their relationship with the bank.

Our customers aren’t the only ones who’ll benefit from advice that’s tailored to their needs. We’ll help you achieve your goals through excellent in-house training and personal support. You’ll work towards a Level 2 Apprenticeship, which is the equivalent of five GCSEs at grades A-C. Of course,
you’ll also develop all kinds of valuable skills on-the-job which will really enhance your CV.
