Trainee Assessment Day - Estate Agency - London

Are you a recent graduate or exceptional trainee driven by results and money?
Are you motivated by targets?
Do you enjoy a varied day meeting new people all the time?
Then why not attend our recruitment day for Trainee Sales & Lettings Negotiators and sales focused graduates being held in Clapham Junction next week. You will have a couple of short assessments as well as the opportunity to speak to industry experts to get a real insight in to the role.
If you are successful on the day, we will run a short interview workshop following the assessments, giving you the best opportunity of success with our clients and others you may see. You will then be put forward to a number of suitable companies that fit your character and personality.
We work with a number of the leading property firms all over London and the home counties. Our job is to find the most suitable one for you!
Packages in this industry will range from:
- £10-15k Basic,
- £30k+ OTE (depending on performance)
- Company Car
- 10% on deals
- Quarterly bonuses
The successful candidates will show; drive, resilience, determination and a fun sociable character. This of course needs to be balanaced by a professional approach and impeccable presentation. The possibility for onward progression in this industry is endless and really does depend on how hard you work and how driven you are to be the best!
