This role presents an outstanding opportunity for someone to learn from highly experienced and successful recruitment professionals. Upon joining the business you will operate in an Assistant/Executive role and in support of a Senior Account Manager. While operating as an Executive, you will be guided through the fundamental processes/administration of a successful recruitment campaign, be shown how to provide consultancy and solutions to the issues that hiring managers face and ultimately be given responsibility for managing and developing your own portfolio of customers. While working in support of a Senior Account Manager and towards the role of becoming an Account Manager yourself, you will have the opportunity to share in the successes that you are contributing towards by way of monthly and 6 monthly bonuses.
To be Suitable
This role will be extremely suitable for someone who likes to work in a fast moving, at times demanding and business environment where understanding and providing solutions to business problems is the key to success. To be suitable, it is essential that you have very high level written and verbal communication skills and your CV will be flawless with respect to grammar and spelling. You will need to be able to demonstrate your capacity to learn with a strong degree and will be extremely customer focused. Using a telephone as a business tool will also be something that you excel at. Previous telephone based experience would be extremely desirable.
