Candidates must have recent proven knowledge and experience of the National Curriculum of England and Wales. For standard classroom teaching positions there is a minimal requirement of two years of experience with recent and practical experience of the National Curriculum. Although this is a British curriculum school, teachers need to appreciate the cultural and English language diversity of an international mix of students.

Salary is 95% of the UK pay scale M1-M6 (tax is set at 11%). Approximately 65% of social security contributions (5%) plus 11% added by the school are refunded in addition to a government gratuity.
