Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be providing commercial and legal advice to businesses. You will be analysing, drafting and reviewing a variety of IT and commercial agreements. You will be given the opportunity to work on high quality transactions with highly regarded clients.
Requirements:
The successful candidate must have at least 4 years’ relevant experience gained in the Technology, Media and Telecommunication practice within an international law firm or as an in-house counsel in a technology company. You must have gained solid experience in drafting IT and commercial agreements. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese are essential. The ideal candidate will be based in Hong Kong currently.
