A TSM Engineer is immediately required by our client to provide high quality engineering services to customers across a broadening portfolio of company products.

As a TSM Engineer you will be joining one of the UK’s top storage management technology specialists and report to the Engineering Team Leader. As an IBM Premier Partner the company has a solid reputation in its marketplace and is in a position to offer some very exciting career opportunities for a highly experienced TSM Engineer.

This is a highly client facing role which will require the successful TSM Engineer to travel throughout the UK regularly and therefore applicants must be willing to do so.

Core responsibilities as a TSM Engineer include:

• Delivering efficient build, configure, installation and test of solutions to meet clients requirements
• Ensuring quality goals are met and design documents match clients expectations
• Participating in 1:1 and group user sessions
• Contributing ideas regarding improvements to services, tools and processes
• Adhoc management reporting

Essential skills:

• Strong technical working knowledge of IBM Storage Hardware and Software Product
• Experience with Tivoli Storage Manager is essential
• Demonstrable experience of Disaster Recovery
• An awareness for technological advancements in the storage market
• Comfortable travelling throughout the UK
