Ticketing agent

Ticketing Agent required for this very well established corporate travel company based in Surrey.

Ticket Agent - Responsibilities:
* Responsible for issuing tickets through Amadeus & Worldspan for Worldwide flights.
* Reissuing / Revalidating / Refunds tickets as required due to changes.
* Monitoring and action of airline queues
*Handling client queries by telephone and making necessary changes to flight bookings / tickets

Ticket Agent - Skills Required:
* Ability to issue & reissue tickets through Amadeusor Worldspan is essential
* Experience of dealing with customer enquiries
& Methodical & organised
* Exceptional customer service skills

Ticket Agent - Additional Information:
* Salary of £20,000
* Monday to Friday role

Previous successful candidates have been Ticketing Consultants, Ticketers, Ticketing Executive, Airline Ticketer.
