Our Client is a customer focused business on the outskirts of Cardiff. They are looking for a Tenant referencing Administrator to join their team due on a 12 month fixed term maternity cover.
- Contact referees by phone to obtain verbal references
- Follow up previous phone calls to ensure that all relevant documents have been received by the referee
- Document your activity for all references
- Work in line with FCA and DPA regulations
- Take ownership and responsibility of your workload
- Assess tenancy applications in accordance with criteria
- Work to predetermined service level agreements
- Report to the Line Manager any problems encountered
- Passion and motivation to deliver world class customer service consistently and within service level agreements.
- A pleasant and friendly personality with strong verbal and oral skills.
- Ability to organise, prioritise and manage own workload effectively whilst working as an individual and as part of a team.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers to form effective working relationships.
- Ability to show empathy and appreciation of customer frustrations whilst effectively offering appropriate resolutions.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office packages and good typing skills.
Basic salary £16,000
