Job Description
Reed are looking to recruit a Tenant Liaison Officer in the area of Jarrow. You must have excellent customer service communication skills to be able to communicate with customers who’s homes are affected by planned maintenance schemes, as well as building strong relations with the customers.
You must hold:
3 GCSE’s at grade C or above or equivalent to include, numeracy and literacy.
You must have:
An understanding of housing repairs and improvements.
An understanding of what we can deliver to meet our customers’ expectations.
Good active listening skills.
Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office word processing and spreadsheets software packages, with knowledge and experience of using IT as an analytical and management tool.
Ability to develop effective working relationship with internal and external customers, work colleagues and other agencies and staff.
Commitment to customer care and continuous improvement of services.
Good interpersonal skills and a proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Experience of report writing and presenting findings.
Experience of customer interaction.
Experience of relationships between internal and external customers.
Experience of handling difficult situations, including saying no at times for the correct reason.
