Tenancy Enforcement Officer, Bristol
12 Month Contract £22,516 per annum

We are looking for a Tenancy Enforcement Officer to work on a 12 month fixed contract for a housing association based in Bristol.

The organisation are a large provider of social and supported housing with the majority of their housing stock in Somerset and the South West.

The role is to investigate and deal with tenancy breaches arising from issues such as Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB), sub-letting and squatting.

Duties for the post include

> Investigate, monitor and resolve ASB complaints and other significant tenancy breaches in partnership with the patch housing officer.
> Use all possible solutions available to remedy such breaches.
> Serve notices, represent the organisation in court and attend evictions as required.
> Agree and deliver clear action plans for resolving such matters.
> Work collaboratively with other departments on the management of your cases.

Successful applicants will be able to display a strong background in social housing and conflict management, a good understanding of housing legislation and the ability to work calmly in challenging environments.

The role is field based so a driving license and access to a vehicle are required.

The role is full time 37.5 hours per week on 12 month contract. Starting salary is £22,516 in addition to a car allowance of £1,282.
