Temporary Part-Time Minute Taker

The Company - Temporary Part-Time Minute Taker

This is a temporary role to start immediately working for a Stevenage based company.  This role is to start week commencing 6th February for 5 weeks and will involve working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9.00-5.00pm.

Main responsibilities - Temporary Part-Time Minute Taker

  • Taking minutes at senior level management meetings using speedwriting or shorthand technique
  • Typing of minutes with agreed time frames
  • Forwarding minutes for feedback and making any relevant changes
  • Ensuring minutes are thorough and accurate

Person Specification - Temporary Part-Time Minute Taker

  • Available immediately and happy to commit to the full length of the role
  • Recent experience of minute taking
  • Shorthand or speedwriting

Benefits - Temporary Part-Time Minute Taker

  • Hourly rate £7-10 per hour dependant on experience
