THE TELESALES

• The role of the Communicator (Outbound) is to make outbound calls to potential and/or existing customers of the client.  The purpose of each call is to promote the services and reputation of the client and to ultimately achieve an appointment and/or sale.

THE SUCCESSFUL TELESALES

• Ideally you will have previous Business to Consumer outbound communication experience with a target driven background.
• Experience is not essential however our client is looking for highly motivated, confident candidates who possess the correct attitude for the role.
• It is important that you can engage a customer in conversation and meet set targets.

It is important that you are able to travel to Warrington and work a shift pattern of Monday - Friday 11:30 - 20:00.

In return for your skills and experience:

• £6.66per hour with attendance bonus equalling £7.75 per hour depending on experience
