Our Client is a family run, well established business looking to recruit their next member of the sales team.
This is an exciting role offering the right candidate a basic salary of £15,000 with a realistic OTE of £25,000
Job Description
Your role will be to develop business through telesales, and establish your own accounts, from which you will gain contacts and recurring business. Other duties will include:
- To open new accounts and grow existing business for all products within the Company portfolio.
- To know the market and the Product competition.
- To put Sales Plans together
- Ensure that customers are managed in a way that gives them satisfaction of the product, people and company
Person Specification
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous Business-to-Business sales experience.
- Be highly motivated, not afraid of rejection
- Extremely organised and ambitious
- A responsible and professional outlook.
