Our client, a company intent on providing excellent service levels and with a vision of growing their business model considerably in 2012, are looking for a Telesales/Telemarketing person, to help assist them with their growth.

Job Description

-  Telemarketing activities and prospecting for new clients & correct contact details

-  Cross selling and up selling to new and existing customers

-  Sending out and following up sales proposals, catalogues

-   Follow up sales leads from mailshots, website, advertising and other sources

-   Sending out literature/information as appropriate.

-  Telemarketing campaigns of specific products to specific markets

-  Maintaining and updating data base of customers and filing information

-  Liaise with customers should there be early or late deliveries

-  Ensure all deliveries are on time and that all promises and commitments are fully met.

-  Liaising with external sales staff and agents dealing with enquiries and processing orders

-  Book appointments for sales directors and key account manager and provide them with support when they are 'on the road’

- Supporting and assisting in all aspects of customer service

-   Compiling quotations, proposals and information required by customers.

Reception

- To undertake general reception duties as and when required

-To respond to all general enquiries to the business and fielding calls as necessary

General

-  Assisting the sales team and back up support

-  General writing of letters and completing of information forms

- Photocopying, faxing, franking, mailing etc of correspondence/documents

Accounts

- Debt collection as and when required.
