Client
A leading Training Provider looking to increase their Telesales Management team.
PURPOSE OF THE POST
To maximise sales and service levels by leading and motivating the sales team to
achieve Company targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage, motivate and coach sales team
• Optimise the team’s performance
- Train new and current team members with internal systems
• Listen to calls from the telesales staff and provide constructive, relevant and immediate feedback
• Develop performance action plans to improve telesales individual performance
• Ensure monthly targets are met and all sales/retention opportunities are
maximised through performance management
• Communicate effectively with Management and other key staff through regular
meetings and updates, with particular emphasis on achievement of targets,
Company vision and strategy
• Coach behaviours, using appropriate coaching/training techniques
• Develop skills of telesales staff through coaching
• Monitor customer contacts, both inbound and outbound,
• Ensure staff are focused on achieving customer satisfaction
• Analyse data and calls
• Ensure the most effective procedures are in place
• Manage data
