Internal Account Team Leader / Manager

This entrepreneurial market leader is now looking for a supremely dynamic, ambitious and talented Telesales/Telemarketing Manager to join their thriving team in Manchester.

Reporting directly to the Sales Director the role will be to manage a team of 5 Telesales/Telemarketing Executives.  You will be required to book appointments for the field based BDM’s, whilst also selling the document storage services directly to the smaller user.  The position will be a mixture of new business and account management and you will have your own target, whilst also being responsible for the overall Telemarketing department and its targets.

My client is looking for a market leading candidate and is looking to pay a market leading salary! You must be an experienced proven track record Telemarketing /Telesales Manager or Team Leader, possess man management, new business and account management experience.

Basic salary will be £20,000 - £28,000 basic + £6,000 bonus uncapped, pension and 21 days holiday. There is also a clear career progression path for the right candidate.
