The Role:-
Making outbound proactive telesales calls to businesses with the aim of producing a qualified lead to pass over to the sales team. No closing involved purely a lead generation role. Working to outbound call targets of around 200 calls per day. Progression will be put in place for candidates who perform.
The Candidate:-
The ideal candidate will have a strong lead generarion background and have an outgoing nature, no telecommunication experience necessary although this would be an advantage.

Growing company with there head office based in Crewe, currently recruiting for a number of lead generators/telemarketers
The Package:-
Good basic salary negotiable based on experience plus uncapped commission as well as incentives up for grabs.
