Our client is looking for motivated and ambitious individuals wanting a role within a rewarding sales environment. The client is an ambitious company and the Sales Advisory Team in particular is an exciting and cohesive unit who will provide excellent support and motivation to new members of the team.

In this role you will be converting warm leads, generating interest and gaining commitment from those requiring financial assistance. You will be offering practical advice to customers needing money management - there is no cold calling and you will be offering solutions for people that will genuinely want your guidance.  You will need to have a pro-active nature to able to spot opportunities to up sell/add on services as you look to exceed your personal targets.

You will need to come from a call centre environment and ideally have had exposure to the financial sector.  You will enjoy working with a team of driven individuals that continuously look to improve their systems and develop their careers.  You will be well rewarded with generous base and great commission rate.
